兵庫県・淡路島のちりめん

瀬戸内海の明石海峡で水揚げされた、採れたての稚魚を新鮮なうちに無添加で加工し製造した「ちりめん」です。

淡路島近海は潮の流れが速く、さらに潮の流れがぶつかり合う海域で、「ちりめん」の原料となる身の引き締まった、しらす（カタクチイワシ類の稚魚）が豊富で絶好の漁場と言われています。そのため、しらす漁が盛んで淡路島は全国でトップクラスの水揚げを誇ります。

また、乾燥機を使用しない昔ながらの完全天日干しで仕上げています。
天日に干す事により、甘みも栄養価も増し、美味しいちりめんになります。
