旬の時期に獲った、刺身でも食べられる新鮮で良質の真いわしをあえて缶詰にしました。
冷凍せずに鮮魚のまま缶詰にしています。
生原料のみを使用したフレッシュパック缶詰。
素材の味を活かすため、味付けは地元の無添加醤油と喜界島の粗糖で優しく味付けを行い、余計なものを加えず調理しております。
