材料はとてもシンプル。
農薬不使用の大豆と玄米を主に使い、
なんと砂糖は不使用です。

砂糖不使用でも、デーツで甘みを付けていますので自然な甘みを感じることができます。

腹持ちがいいため、おやつとしてはもちろん
小腹が空いた時にもぴったりです。
仕事の合間や移動時にもおすすめです。
