旬の時期に獲った刺身でも食べられる新鮮で良質の真いわしをあえて缶詰にしました。
生原料のみを使用したフレッシュパック缶詰。
素材の味を活かすため、味付けは地元産白漉し味噌と砂糖(喜界島産)をベースに余計なものを加えず調理しております。

【保存方法】
直射日光、高温多湿を避け常温で保存。
