金華山沖で漁獲され、石巻港に水揚げされた旬の大型の真さばのことを「金華さば」と言います。
朝獲れたての魚を鮮魚のまま、独自製法により缶詰にし国産の調味料を使って、素材の味を大切にしたシンプルな味付けです。
